Mt View Homes Inc "MT. VIEW" HOMES INC' is seeking a driven and competent Registered Nurse Level 1 to join our team in Booleroo Centre, SA 5482. This is a full-time, permanent position within our 30 bed Residential Aged care facility, working alongside our dedicated nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to our aged care residents, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and developing and implementing individualised care plans Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic, person-centred care, focusing on individuals preference and choice Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation Proactively identify and address the evolving needs of our residents Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our care standards What we're looking for Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with no restrictions Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of the elderly Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to patient-centred care Proficiency in the use of healthcare-related software and digital technologies A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating compassion, respect and a positive attitude.
