DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies and marketing plans, while setting appropriate pricing for products and services. • Planning and organising the product range, including deciding stock levels and maintaining service quality standards. • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods. • Monitoring inventory, performing regular stock checks, and maintaining accurate records of stock and financial transactions. • Preparing budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations. • Promoting and advertising products and services to attract customers and increase sales. • Selling goods and services while assisting customers and providing guidance on product usage. • Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints to enhance customer satisfaction. • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure efficient performance and productivity. • Ensuring all activities comply with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
