Customer Service Representative

TC Process Equipment is a trusted provider of industrial process measurement solutions across a range of industries. We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

Prepare quotation, process customer orders and supplier purchase orders.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and order updates.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Assist with invoicing and general administrative tasks.

Support technical team with day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or administration ideally of a technical nature would be advantageous however not essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
