We are currently seeking an Automotive Technician to join the team! you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining light vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This is a full-time ongoing position working 42.5 hours per week in Belmont WA.

Main tasks:

- Servicing vehicles as per SOPs and manufacture specification.

- Diagnosing complex mechanical issues and recommend the correct repair.

- Repairing and replace parts on light vehicles as required

­- Maintaining a safe and clean work area

Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:

­- Minimum of a Certificate III in light vehicle mechanics

­- At least 3 years' relevant industry experience

Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

­- Extensive knowledge of petrol and diesel combustion engines, driveline components and suspension

­- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.

­- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

­- Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.

­- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

­- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given.

Annual salary will be between $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
