Retail Supervisor

Retail Supervisor – Full-time Position

McDonald’s Karratha is currently seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a motivated and reliable professional who can support daily store operations, supervise staff, maintain high operational standards, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate must have at least 1-2 years of highly relevant experience in retail or hospitality supervision.

Salary:

$75,000 – $85,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and smooth business performance

• Support and supervise staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring

• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times

• Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to achieve sales targets

• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering of supplies

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations

• Coordinate store opening and closing procedures and ensure all operational routines are followed

• Monitor staff productivity and motivate employees to achieve performance targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales, staffing, and operational activities

• Liaise with management regarding staffing, operational issues, and business performance

• Ensure the store is presented in a clean, safe, and customer-friendly condition at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Retail Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar supervisory role

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
