Position Summary We are seeking a qualified, compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our community healthcare team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to aged care and disability clients in home and community settings, working within their professional scope of practice and under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses where required. The Enrolled Nurse will assist with the implementation of individual care plans, monitor clients' health and wellbeing, provide appropriate clinical support and work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care coordinators, support workers and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings in accordance with approved care plans and professional standards. Monitor clients' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, mobility, skin integrity and general wellbeing, and report significant changes promptly. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards, organisational policies and the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.

Undertake routine clinical procedures such as wound care, health observations and other nursing interventions within scope of practice. Support Registered Nurses in implementing and reviewing individual clinical and nursing care plans. Maintain accurate and timely client records, progress notes, medication documentation and clinical observations.

Identify changes in a client's condition and escalate clinical concerns appropriately to the Registered Nurse or relevant healthcare professional. Follow infection prevention and control, workplace health and safety, quality assurance and client safety procedures. Provide clients and their families with appropriate information regarding ongoing care, health management and wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with care partners, Registered Nurses, support workers, allied health professionals, medical practitioners and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. Support clients to maintain dignity, independence, choice and participation in their daily lives. Respond appropriately to incidents and emergency situations within training and professional scope.

Participate in staff meetings, clinical reviews, training and continuous professional development activities. Travel to client homes and community locations as required to provide scheduled nursing services. Requirements Diploma of Nursing HLT54121 , or an equivalent recognised qualification.

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA/AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience , preferably in aged care, community care, disability support or home-based healthcare. Sound knowledge of clinical nursing practices, medication management, infection control and patient/client safety.

Ability to provide medication-related care within the individual's professional scope of practice. Strong clinical observation, documentation and communication skills. Ability to recognise deterioration or changes in a client's condition and escalate concerns appropriately.

Strong commitment to person-centred, respectful and culturally appropriate care. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Current National Police Check.

Relevant worker screening checks where required for the role. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.
