Manage phone enquiries, bookings and reservations

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties

Vacuum, mop and maintain guest and common areas

Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the property

Award: Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020

Level 1 Guest Service Grade 1:

Annual: $52,245 p.a

Hourly rates: $26.44 p.h

Level 2 Guest Service Grade 2:

Annual: $53,510 p.a

Hourly rates: $27.08 p.h

Level 3 Guest Service Grade 3:

Annual: $55,269 p.a

Hourly rates: $27.97 p.h

Level 4 Guest Service Grade 4:

Annual: $58,193 p.a

Hourly rates: $29.45 p.h

Level 5 Guest Service Supervisor:

Annual: $61,849 p.a

Hourly rates: $31.30 p.h

Level 2 Clerical Grade 1 :

Annual: $53,510 p.a

Hourly rates: $27.08 p.h

Level 3 Clerical Grade 2 :

Annual: $55,269 p.a

Hourly rates: $27.97 p.h

Level 4 Clerical Grade 3:

Annual: $58,193 p.a

Hourly rates: $29.45 p.h

Entry-level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience, You will have the opportunity to progress based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance, and performance record.

To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:

Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential

Pass a Pre-employment medical check including drug alcohol test

Physical Stamina, Attention to detail, Strong Work Ethic and willing to work as part of a diverse team

Willingness to work in a predominately outdoor environment around machinery

Be able to provide two reference checks

Immediate start possible

Availability across day and afternoon shift - early morning and mid-afternoon starts depending on assigned role and previous experience
