SA & SMJ Pty Ltd is currently looking for a qualified and motivated Retail Pharmacist to join our friendly community pharmacy in Dubbo.

This is a full-time role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers and is committed to providing high-quality healthcare advice and services.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions, providing professional advice on medications, and supporting customers with their general health and wellbeing needs. You will also play an important role in maintaining pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and in line with legal requirements

• Provide clear and professional advice on the safe use of medicines

• Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general health enquiries

• Review prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records

• Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage of medicines

• Support and supervise pharmacy assistants as required

• Ensure the pharmacy operates in line with all relevant regulations and standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with AHPRA

• At least 1 year experience as a Pharmacist is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
