ONE STOP RENO WORLD PTY LTD, trading as PRECISION CABINET MAKING AND SHOP FITTING, is a cabinetry, joinery and shop fitting business based in Rivervale, Western Australia.
Operating in Australia since 2020, the business provides custom cabinet making, joinery and fit-out solutions for residential and commercial projects. Our work includes the manufacture and installation of kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, storage solutions, custom cabinetry, shop fittings and other purpose-built joinery products.

The Opportunity
PRECISION CABINET MAKING AND SHOP FITTING is seeking an experienced and skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling and installing custom cabinetry, joinery and shop fitting products in accordance with plans, technical specifications and project requirements.
This position is suitable for a qualified Cabinet Maker with strong technical skills, attention to detail and practical experience in cabinetry, joinery and installation work.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret architectural plans, technical drawings, specifications and cutting lists.
• Manufacture and assemble custom kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, storage units, shelving, shop fittings and other cabinetry and joinery products.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape and prepare timber, manufactured boards, laminates and other cabinet-making materials.
• Operate woodworking machinery and equipment, including panel saws, edge banders, drills, routers, sanders and CNC machinery.
• Assemble cabinetry using appropriate joints, fasteners, adhesives, hardware and fittings.
• Install hinges, drawer runners, handles, shelving systems and other cabinet hardware.
• Inspect completed cabinetry and joinery to ensure compliance with design specifications and required quality standards.
• Conduct on-site measurements and assist with cabinetry and shop fitting installations as required.
• Install cabinets, shelving, benchtops, fixtures and associated joinery accurately and securely.
• Carry out adjustments and modifications during manufacturing and installation to ensure correct fit and finish.
• Identify and rectify manufacturing defects, measurement discrepancies and installation issues.
• Maintain tools, machinery and equipment in safe and effective working condition.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers, installers and other tradespeople.
• Manage materials efficiently and minimise production waste.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop and installation environment.
• Comply with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures.
• Complete assigned projects within required deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Relevant trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, Furniture Making or a closely related field.
• Relevant experience working as a Cabinet Maker or Joiner, preferably within a custom cabinetry, joinery or shop fitting environment.
• Experience manufacturing and installing kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, storage systems, shop fittings and other custom cabinetry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, technical drawings, specifications and cutting lists.
• Competence in the use of woodworking tools, machinery and cabinet-making equipment.
• Experience with CNC machinery and cabinet-design or production software will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good measuring, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• A current driver licence will be highly regarded.
