Project Administrator

BME Engineering is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Project Administrator to join their team in Cairns QLD.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating complex customer proposal activities from enquiry to submission.

- Liaising with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and sales to obtain technical and commercial inputs

- Managing proposal schedules, milestones and tender deadlines.

- Preparing project documentation, reports and proposal registers.

- Monitoring proposal progress and ensuring deliverables are completed on time

- Preparing project documentation, reports and proposal registers.

- Managing risk registers relating to bids and tenders.

- Coordinating pricing information, quotations and cost inputs.

- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications, company standards and contractual requirements

- Maintaining proposal documentation within SAP, Sales Cloud and document control systems.

- Acting as the central point of coordination between multiple stakeholders throughout the tender process.

- Plans and administer the proposal lifecycle.

- Develop project schedules and monitor progress.

- Analyses commercial and operational requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- At least 2 years’ relevant qualifications in business administration, project management, or related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience in program or project administration, ideally within engineering or manufacturing industries.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and reporting standards is highly desirable.

Salary range is $75,000 - $90,000pa commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Position available.
