About the Opportunity

Our mixed billing client in the Blue Mountains area is currently needing a vocationally registered general practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis with a view to increasing to full-time hours in the foreseeable future. Established for over 30 years with a long-standing patient base, the incoming GP will be taking over from retired doctors in delivering quality patient care through un-rushed 15 - 20 minute appointments. General medical services available here include sports medicine, nutrition, chronic disease management care plans, vaccinations, minor surgery and geriatric care. Rosters are flexible with no late evening work to cater for a balanced lifestyle and personal pursuits beyond the consulting room! A sign-on incentive will be considered for doctors who are willing to commit for at least one year.

* Open all day weekends and half day Saturdays.

Essential Criteria:

MBBS or equivalent

Minimum AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration

FRACGP qualified

A good attitude to teamwork
