MR Driver

Our client is a leading provider of relocation, removals and logistics solutions, supporting residential, commercial and government clients across Australia and internationally. They offer end-to-end moving services, including packing, transportation, storage and specialised relocation support, delivering tailored solutions to meet a wide range of customer needs.

This is a long term position, working Monday Saturday with the occasional Sunday based on business demands. Starting times can be between 6:00am 8:30am and finish times can be between 3:30pm 5:30pm. Your main duties will include the following:

Safely operate an MR truck to transport office furniture, equipment and business assets between locations

Complete pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects

Load and unload furniture, office equipment and cartons using safe manual handling techniques

Secure loads using straps, blankets and protective materials to prevent damage during transit

Assist with the packing, wrapping and protection of sensitive equipment, furniture and IT assets

Deliver and position furniture and equipment in accordance with client floor plans and instructions

What You Will Need

Manual MR Driver Licence + transport

Previous experience driving MR trucks in a commercial environment

Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the day

Strong understanding of load restraint and safe load securing techniques

Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts and occasional overtime

White Card (desirable)
