Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider committed to delivering personalised, practical, and evidence-based therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults across Western Sydney.
Their team supports clients funded through the NDIS as well as private referrals, with a strong focus on achieving meaningful, functional outcomes. Their clinicians work collaboratively across a range of settings, including their Bonnyrigg clinic, clients' homes, schools, early learning centres, the community, and via telehealth.
The organisation supports a diverse client base with presentations including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, acquired neurological conditions, communication difficulties, and complex behavioural needs.
As the team continues to grow, they are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists who value flexibility, clinical excellence, collaboration, and making a genuine difference in the lives of their clients and families.
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our client's growing multidisciplinary team. This is a flexible opportunity suitable for Junior, Senior, or experienced clinicians , with full-time and part-time arrangements available depending on your availability and experience.
You will work with a diverse paediatric and adult caseload, providing assessment, intervention, and ongoing clinical support across a range of communication and swallowing needs. Your caseload may include clients presenting with:
Autism Spectrum Disorder
ADHD
Developmental delays
Speech and language difficulties
Acquired neurological conditions
Feeding and swallowing difficulties
Complex behavioural needs
Other communication and functional support needs
Services are delivered across a range of settings, giving you the flexibility to structure your working week around your clients and preferred way of working.
You will work closely with clients, families, educators, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to develop practical, individualised therapy plans and achieve meaningful outcomes.
