THM Electrical and Communications Pty Ltd Grader Operator THM Electrical Location: Perth, WA Type: Full-time THM Electrical is a growing electrical and civil contracting business delivering projects across the power and communications sectors. We're looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our crew on a full-time basis. About the Role You'll be working across a mix of electrical and communications civil projects, including: Operate a grader safely and efficiently across various sites Perform site preparation, levelling, and maintenance of road surfaces and work areas Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machinery Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures at all times Installing pits and conduits Excavating around live services (power, comms, water, gas) Concrete works — footpaths, switchboard plinths, and manholes (bonus, not essential) General civil support across project sites The work is varied and hands-on — no two days are the same, and you'll be part of a tight-knit crew working on solid, ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For Proven experience operating a grader Relevant tickets/licences (e.g., current driver's licence; HR/HC licence and grader certification highly regarded) Confident working safely around live services, with a strong understanding of spotting, potholing, and DBYD procedures Experience on comms or electrical civil jobs (Telstra, NBN, Western Power) highly regarded Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices Concrete experience — footpaths, plinths, manholes — is a bonus Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Good communicator who works well within a crew What We Offer Competitive salary: $78,000 – $88,000 p.a.
