This is an outstanding opportunity in a public-facing, service related agency that plays a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while providing practical, hands-on project coordination for key change initiatives, roster support, training and internal process improvements.
About the Opportunity
Working closely with the leadership team and cross-functional business units, this role requires an individual with strong interpersonal, coordination, and consultation skills to guide service staff, support continuous operational improvement, and assist with change transition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Roster Support: Support roster coordination support across multiple service points and step in for front-line service delivery as needed during coverage gaps.
Customer Feedback & Incident Management: Log, track, and manage customer feedback, complaints, and operational incidents to support continuous high-quality service.
Project Coordination: Support the coordination of projects and training for service integration activities and new system process rollouts.
Process Improvement: Facilitate consultation sessions and working group meetings to streamline internal procedures, service delivery models, and future planning initiatives.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with diverse internal business units (including communications, archival, digital systems, and retrieval teams) to ensure seamless communication.
Ideally you will:
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong resilience, patience, and emotional intelligence is required to positively collaborate with and support teams navigating ongoing change.
Strong Service Ethic: A hands-on, highly service-oriented approach with experience in operational or customer-facing environments.
Project & Coordination Skills: Proven ability to support and coordinate projects, track feedback, coordinate training schedules, and keep workflows moving.
Computer and Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite (essential), knowledge of Sharepoint, LMS and/or programs highly regarded.
