Location: Nowra and South Regions- Must be willing to travel Salary: + 12% Super + Not-for-profit tax benefits - salary packaging of up to $15,900 per annum+ Travel allowances including accommodation Contract type: Casual As our Regional Roving RN, you'll be primarily based in Nowra while supporting sites across Southern NSW, Sydney, Nepean and the ACT as needed. You'll enjoy regular weekly visits to our Nowra community, with additional travel opportunities supported by a generous package that includes accommodation and meal expenses covered. Deliver clinical care in the home environment supporting clients to stay living in their home and connected to their community

Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences

Ensure thorough clinical assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered

Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients and their families, carers and authorised representatives

Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required

Travel allowance

About You:

You demonstrate compassion, empathy and advocacy

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making

Ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role as well as prioritising your time effectively across your caseload

Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights

Current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
