Labourers Needed

HE Silos Forbes is currently expanding and are seeking 3 hard working & dedicated Labourers to join our Production Team to begin work in November on a casual basis on a 6-month trial period with the possibility of gaining full time employment.

Based in Forbes, NSW you will be working to provide a safe and enjoyable work environment through manufacturing grain storage to farmers across NSW at a professional company standard.

At HE Silos you will be required to manufacture Grain silos, Field bins and Livestock feeders, These tasks require – welding, cutting materials, folding sheet metal, being able to read drawings and at times painting.

The ideal candidates must be reliable, willing to learn, self-motivated, good work ethics, positive attitude to WHS and able to work in a team environment.

Successful candidates will work in a factory but may be required to work onsite.

To be successful in these roles:

• A strong work ethic and reliability

• Previous labouring experience - desired but not required

• Ability to follow instructions

• Initiative and drive to meet deadlines

• Written & Verbal communication Skills Essential

• Valid Driver’s Licence – desired but not required

• Forklift Licence – desired but not required

• Painting experience - desired but not required

• Welding Experience (MIG Welding– desired but not required)

38 Hour week. Monday – Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am to 12:15pm
