Bobs Barber Shops is looking for an experienced Barber with knowledge in traditional shaving and haircuts, who is confident using scissors, razors, clippers and more.

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant AQF Certificate III plus 2 years of work experience in the same or closely related, Relevant Certificate IV plus 12 months of work experience in the same or closely related position OR 3 years of relevant work experience in the same or closely related position in lieu of formal qualifications

• Be confident and proficient in performing different style haircuts & beard shaping

• Possesses superior fade / taper / scissor cut techniques

• Refined interpersonal skills to help develop our existing customer base and build strong client relationships, whilst welcoming new customers

• Excellent attention to detail and precise execution of cuts

• Strong communication skills, particularly experience working in a team productively

• Strong work ethic and passionate about hairdressing

• Time management skills and ability to juggle a busy schedule
