Qualified Cook

Located in the seaside village of Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula we are known for breakfast, brunch and seasonal dining in a coastal setting near Port Phillip Bay. We have indoor and outdoor deck seating with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. We are open 7 days a week offering dishes such as smashed avocado, eggs benedict, pancakes, salads, and seafood-inspired menu items.

We are now looking for a qualified cook to join our team. To apply for this position, you must have passion and pride to share great food, been in a similar role for over three years and be available to start immediately. We are offering $75K to $85K

You must be able to;

• Prepare and cook meals for our customers

• Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes

• Check food and ingredients for freshness

• Arrange and garnish dishes

• Work well under pressure and within the time limits

• Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned

• Follow food safety requirements
