Who’s Next Holding Pty Ltd T/A Who’s Next Barbers offers a unique grooming experience for men of all ages.

We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Barbers/Hairdresser to join our team. These are full-time, permanent positions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Hair Cutting and Styling – cutting, trimming, and shaping hair according to the client’s preferences using scissors, clippers, razors, and other barbering tools.

• Shaving and Bear Grooming – providing shaving services, trimming and shaping beards, moustaches and sideburns, and offering advice on beard care.

• Hair Treatments – offering treatments such as shampoos, and conditioners, as well as providing advice on hair care products and routines.

• Customer Consultation – discussing and understanding clients’ desired hairstyles, offering suggestions based on hair type, face shape and lifestyle

• Maintaining Cleanliness – ensuring that the work area, tools and equipment are clean and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

• Product Sales – recommending and selling hair care products like shampoos, conditioners, and styling gels.

• Customer Service – providing excellent customer service to continue to build loyal client base, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

• Hair Colouring

Skills and Experience Required

• AQF Certificate III or relevant work experience

• At least 3 years recent experience as a Barber/Hairdresser

• Experience with latest haircuts especially for men such as fade haircuts, hair tattoo/tracks and beard design

• Experience in razor shave, beard and moustache style

• Able to work under pressure and undertake customer sales

• Sound oral communication and customer service skills

SALARY: $79,423 to $90,000
