Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

Carers Plus Australia (ABN: 82 650 454 498) is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Carers Plus is a Western Australian leading personnel provider to aged care services, disability services, home and community services, hospitals and hospitality industries.

Key Duties:

• Liaise with clients to identify staffing requirements

• Advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates

• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments

• Coordinate placements and employment offers

• Maintain client and candidate relationships

Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience

• A positive, proactive and productive approach to recruitment processes and to the practising of recruitment work in general.

• Superb communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders, including stakeholders for whom English is a second language.

• Precise attention to detail and the ability to record and maintain accurate notes and candidate data.

• Excellent organisational skills, incorporating effective time management and the ability to reprioritise at short notice.

• Strong technological aptitude and the ability to navigate systems and the MS Office suite with proficiency.

Desirable

• Previous experience working within a healthcare sector or familiarity with healthcare employment markets.

• Previous experience working within a high volume recruitment role.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: AUD 80,000 – 110,000 per annum
