A thriving mixed-billing medical center in the northern suburbs of Melbourne is seeking both full-time and part-time General Practitioners. Located in a new, purpose-built facility, the clinic serves a large and diverse patient base, offering a unique opportunity to join an established and well-supported team. This is an ideal role for a GP who wants to deliver high-quality patient care in a cohesive and collaborative environment.

Located just 35 minutes north of the Melbourne CBD, the center provides a modern and professional setting. The facility features 13 consultation rooms, a three-bed treatment room, two procedure rooms, and a large waiting area. Although in a new premise, the practice has a strong, existing patient base that requires additional support, ensuring a busy and rewarding practice from day one.

As a GP, you will be an independent contractor with full clinical autonomy and flexible working arrangements. The practice offers robust support to ensure a healthy work-life balance and efficient operations. The team includes six experienced nurses, some with over 20 years of experience, who provide dedicated support for both the treatment room and Chronic Disease Management (CDM). The six administrative staff members manage appointments and support individual billing choices. The practice fosters a collegial environment and provides a range of benefits to support professional growth, including an RACGP partnership to simplify CPD requirements, free in-house CPD opportunities, and expanded support for GP Registrar Supervisors.
