Employer is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Administration Assistant to join our team in Moorebank. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily shipping and logistics operations. You will act as the main link between drivers, warehouse teams, and clients, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations.
Manage driver paperwork and ensure compliance.
Process shipping documents accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Between 7.00 AM to 5.00 PM
Pay Rate $35.42 per hour plus Super
