Regulatory Officer

Regulatory Officer An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administration professional to provide high-level executive and operational support within a well-established government organisation based in Perth CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing competing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy office. Your new role Reporting to a senior leader, you will provide proactive administrative and executive support across a broad range of functions, including:

Complex diary and calendar management

Coordinating meetings, appointments and events

Preparing agendas, briefing packs, reports and correspondence

Managing travel arrangements and logistics

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Monitoring and managing incoming correspondence

Maintaining confidential records and information

Supporting team and leadership meetings, including action tracking and follow-up

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Previous experience in executive support, administration or office coordination

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Teams

The ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels

High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information

A proactive and adaptable approach to work
