Commercial Lawyer

Panetta McGrath Lawyers is recognised in Doyle's Guide and Best Lawyers and Law Firm rankings and currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to join its Commercial law team to assist with increased levels of activity and growth.

You will be working with a broad range of clients from global entities to not for profit organisations and insurers, advising on contentious and non-contentious matters.

If you have a breadth of experience in commercial practice with at least 5 years PAE, and the flexibility and adaptability to be able to service our client base, we would like to hear from you. We assist our commercial clients with matters such as contracts, memorandums of understanding and other commercial documentation; business sales; directors’ duties and governance; compliance and regulation (including the Associations Incorporation Act, Corporations Act, freedom of information, and privacy); and general property law.

You will have direct exposure to clients, the ability to manage your own caseload and develop client relationships.
