About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our client's allied health team in across their Carrington and Merewether locations.

You will work with a diverse paediatric caseload , collaborating closely with paediatricians, psychologists, dietitians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners to provide holistic and evidence-based care. Your role will focus on assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, communication, and feeding issues in children and adolescents.

This is a clinic-only position – no travel required – ideal for a clinician who thrives in a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to paediatric clients

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care

Develop and implement tailored therapy plans for children and young people

Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to case discussions

Engage with families and caregivers to support at-home therapy strategies

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Speech Pathologist

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology

Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership

Experience working with paediatric clients in a clinical setting

Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills

Working With Children Check and relevant clearances
