Marketing Specialist

AVS Solar Pty Ltd The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for researching market opportunities and develop, coordinate and implement marketing strategies to strengthen AVS Solar's market presence, generate customer enquiries and support sustainable business growth. The position will analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity and advise management on marketing strategies relating to the company's solar and renewable energy products and services.

The successful candidate will work closely with management, sales personnel, customers and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Benefits Competitive Annual Package Superannuation Permanent Role Task & responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for: Conducting and commissioning market research to identify opportunities for existing and new solar and renewable energy products and services.

Analysing market conditions, customer demographics, purchasing behaviour, competitor activities and industry trends to support marketing decisions. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, objectives, policies and campaigns aligned with the company's business objectives. Advising management on marketing strategies relating to product positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotions and customer acquisition.

Developing targeted marketing campaigns for residential and commercial solar PV, battery storage and other renewable energy solutions offered by the business. Planning and coordinating digital marketing activities across search engines, social media, email marketing, website and other relevant online channels. Developing SEO and digital content strategies to strengthen the company's online visibility and generate qualified customer enquiries.

Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance, customer engagement, conversion rates and return on marketing expenditure. Preparing marketing reports and recommendations for management based on campaign performance and market data. Identifying appropriate target markets and developing customer segmentation strategies for residential and commercial customers.

Coordinating the development of marketing materials, promotional content, digital advertisements and customer communications. Managing and maintaining consistent company branding and market positioning across advertising and communication channels. Liaising with external advertising agencies, digital marketing providers, designers and other service providers where required.

Supporting the development and implementation of customer acquisition and retention strategies. Analysing customer feedback and market information to identify opportunities to improve the company's products, services and marketing approach. Conducting competitor analysis and monitoring developments within the Australian solar and renewable energy market.

Supporting promotional campaigns, industry events, customer engagement activities and strategic business-development initiatives. Developing strategies to strengthen customer relationships, referral opportunities and repeat business. Maintaining appropriate marketing records, campaign data and performance reports.

Providing management with ongoing advice regarding emerging market opportunities, marketing trends and changes in customer demand. Qualification & experience The successful applicant should possess: A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Management or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, market development or a closely related field.

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience undertaking market research and analysing customer and competitor information. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media and online customer acquisition strategies.

Experience analysing marketing performance and preparing reports and recommendations. Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate market information into practical marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
