Content Creator (Marketing)

Hunter Gather Property Pty Ltd The Content Creator (Marketing) is responsible for planning, creating, editing, scheduling and publishing marketing content across social media and digital platforms to promote Hunter Gather and Gather Property, build brand awareness, grow audience engagement and support business development. The role creates video, photography, written captions and short-form digital content for property, lifestyle, client story and brand campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and the company’s digital channels.

Benefits Task & responsibilities Plan, create, edit and publish marketing content for social media and digital platforms, including video, photography, captions and short-form digital content. Develop content ideas, creative concepts and storylines for property, client, lifestyle and brand marketing campaigns. Produce short-form marketing content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn to increase audience engagement, brand awareness and lead generation.

Plan and film property tours, inspections, client stories, team content and other real estate and lifestyle marketing content. Capture professional video footage and photography at properties and locations throughout Brisbane and Southeast Queensland for use in marketing campaigns and digital content. Write and prepare engaging captions, post copy and content descriptions aligned with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

Schedule and publish content across social media and digital platforms in accordance with content calendars and marketing campaign timelines. Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Director and buyer’s agents to plan and develop engaging content aligned with marketing objectives. Assist with content planning, marketing campaigns, social media scheduling and digital content calendars.

Monitor current social media, video and digital content trends and incorporate relevant trends into content creation and campaign planning. Review basic content performance, engagement and audience feedback to help improve future marketing content. Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and other relevant editing software.

Complete post-production activities including colour correction, audio editing, motion graphics and formatting content for different social media platforms. Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment and drones as required to capture marketing content. Coordinate with offshore or external editors where required to finalise content for publication.

Maintain and organise video footage, photography and digital media assets for future marketing use. Qualification & experience A relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications, media, digital media, creative industries, film, content production or a closely related field; or At least five years of relevant experience in content creation, social media marketing, digital content production or a closely related role may substitute for the formal qualification, otherwise one year experience required.

Experience creating marketing content for social media and digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Experience filming, editing and producing short-form video content for business, brand or marketing purposes. Experience using video editing and content creation software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar platforms.

Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare captions, post copy and content descriptions aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives. Ability to operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment and other content production equipment. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage content calendars, deadlines and multiple content projects.
