Employment Service Officer
About this job
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants to encourage ongoing learning and development and achieve successful employment outcomes.
- Identify and build strategies around participants goals, strengths and obstacles to support their ongoing development and skills growth.
- Work collaboratively across the CDP team to ensure participants referral, connection and engagement with relevant CDP activities, training and other employment pathway opportunities which match their goals and aspirations and meet requirements of local employers.
- Ensure a thorough and up to date knowledge of available jobs and proactively engage with participants to support them with all aspects of job readiness and recruitment process.
- Maintain regular contact and follow up with participants to ensure compliance with RAES employment services commitments.
- Implement effective process for participants to provide feedback on employment services including any identified improvements.
