About the opportunity

The main purpose of this role is to maintain regulatory, scheduled and reactive maintenance - you will be required to undertake a variety of maintenance tasks in a timely and highly competent manner. The position is responsible for the on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building's, plant, equipment, furniture and efficient and effective contractor management.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check or NDIS Worker Clearance
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
