We are seeking an experienced HR Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and workforce support within a busy operational team on the Gold Coast. This is a varied role that combines administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding support, workforce management, and stakeholder engagement.
Your new role
Reporting into the Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations through the delivery of efficient and professional administrative services. Working with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help coordinate workforce activities, maintain employee records, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the broader team
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for new employees
Maintain accurate personnel, workforce, and HR records
Support workforce planning and workforce management processes
Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting documentation, and operational records
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Manage confidential employee and recruitment information with discretion and professionalism
Ensure records management practices comply with organisational policies and procedures
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient service delivery
Assist with compliance, reporting, and administrative process improvement activities
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in administrative, operational support, HR coordination, recruitment coordination, or workforce support roles
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience maintaining confidential records and sensitive information
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency across Microsoft Office and business systems
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
A professional, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
