Role Description

The Administration Professional role at Full Circle Hand Therapy is a crucial position responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. As an Administration Professional, you will perform tasks such as managing patient records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. For the right applicant, hours can be flexible and we have a range of options available. The work is primarily on-site in Stepney SA.

Qualifications

Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Ability to reconcile accounts and manage invoices

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Time management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Procedural awareness

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a plus

Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting would be excellent but we can support learning in this area for the right person

Knowledge of billing and insurance processes is a plus

An interest/abilities in relationship building and branding

Demonstrated commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
