Programmed is currently seeking reliable and physically fit General Hands to join a leading warehouse and distribution company based in Tottenham . This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent Monday to Friday work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

$33.85 per hour

About your new role

Picking and packing full-case orders using paper-based pick sheets

Operating an electric pallet jack to move stock around the warehouse

Lifting and handling products weighing up to 20kg

Organising and stacking products onto pallets

Preparing orders for stores across Australia

Assisting with general warehouse and manual handling duties

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About you

Previous warehouse or general labouring experience is highly regarded

Experience operating an electric pallet jack is essential

Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting up to 20kg

Able to read and follow paper-based pick sheets accurately

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Must be available Monday to Friday for the duration of the assignment

Full Australian working rights

Able to complete pre-employment requirements before commencing

Must be available to attend a mandatory site walkthrough on Monday 14 September at 12:00 PM

Important Information

The role will commence on Tuesday 15 September 2026 , with shifts running Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The work is physically demanding and involves regular lifting of products up to 20kg. Candidates must be comfortable maintaining a consistent pace throughout the shift.

Steel-cap safety boots and a yellow high-vis vest are required.
