Diesel Mechanic (Agricultural)

Glenroy Chaff are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Diesel Mechanic (Agricultural) to join their team in Malabaine WA.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Maintain, test and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems and Hydraulic systems on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment and tractors

- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment and tractors.

- Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment and tractors.

- Undertake inspections, assessments and maintenance on Vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment and tractors

Skills & Abilities:

- Ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience as a qualified Diesel Mechanic

- A Cert III in Agricultural Vehicle Technology/Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or relevant

- Ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience
