Hospitality workers required near DURAK, WA

We have an opening for the following roles based near Durak, WA

We are seeking 6x applicants for Full-Time hospitality positions classified at Level 5 under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020.

The work may involve kitchen, food and beverage, and guest service or housekeeping supervision duties, depending on operational requirements and the applicant’s skills, training and experience.

Approximate commencement date is September 2026. This job will run for approximately 2 years. You will work a minimum of 38 hours per week. Pay rate: $31.30 per hour, plus applicable penalty rates and allowances in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020.

The job may have varied responsibilities and duties which may include:

* Prepare and cook general and specialised food according to required standards.

* Perform specialised cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties where required.

* Supervise, train and provide guidance to kitchen employees.

* Supervise and coordinate food and beverage employees and daily service.

* Supervise, train and coordinate employees engaged in guest service and housekeeping operations.

* Allocate duties and assist with staff coordination and daily operations.

* Monitor food, beverage, housekeeping supplies and equipment.

* Ensure food, service, cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.

* Assist with guest requests and service issues.

* Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements are followed.

* Work with other departments to support smooth hospitality operations.

* Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the employee’s skills, training, education and experience.

Applicants must be available to work weekends and public holidays as required.

You must perform such additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time, provided they are within your skills, training, education and experience. There will be potential to upskill and training will be provided.
