About this job
El Mourtazak Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Al Maghrib is looking for a full-time Sous Chef with Moroccan cuisine experience to join our team. You will support the Head Chef, making sure standards are maintained and Al Maghrib’s kitchen functions seamlessly.
ABOUT YOU
Extensive experience in Moroccan cuisine (including pastry/baking skills) essential
Experience in a hatted restaurant would be a plus
Experience in leading a team or willing to develop further their leadership skills Commitment, passion, and appreciation for the hospitality industry
Ability to work autonomously and treat all guests and members of your team with respect, humility, and kindness
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
WHAT WE OFFER SALARY:
Annual salary $79,000-$80,000
