Retail Manager

JEROBOAM GROUP PTY LTD is looking for full-time Retail Manager to join our team for our Saint Ann, Brisbane, QLD location!

Position overview:

We are looking for a Retail Manager to handle and control the operations of our popular and busy retail establishment.

Qualifications / Experience required:

You will have no less than 3 years full time paid related experience.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards – ensuring a highly satisfied customer base

• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices – ensuring a competitive edge

• Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services – ensuring the word is out about our business!

• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use – ensuring a highly satisfied customer base

• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions – ensuring a competitive edge

• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment – ensuring a competitive edge

• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff – ensuring a highly satisfied customer base

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations – ensuring a safe and happy working environment!

Remuneration on offer between $79,500 to $81,000 depending on experience.
