ICT Customer Support Officer

This is a full-time, onsite position based in North East Victoria. Remote work is not available for this role. The successful applicant will work directly with clients and colleagues throughout the region, providing technical support and ICT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote support and onsite visits.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365 issues.

Configure, deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.

Assist with user account administration and access management.

Document support activities and maintain accurate service records.

Escalate complex issues when required and work collaboratively with senior technical staff.

Deliver professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Skills and Experience Required:

Relevant qualification in Information and Communications Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience in an ICT support, helpdesk, service desk or technical support role.

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.

Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, cloud services and cybersecurity best practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Current Australian Driver Licence preferred.

Ability to work onsite in Regional North East Victoria and travel to client locations as required.
