RJED Garden and Maintenance Worker – Basic Duties:
Mow lawns and trim grass edges.
Weed, water and maintain garden areas.
Plant trees, flowers and shrubs.
Prune trees, bushes and plants when required.
Collect leaves, branches and garden waste.
Keep yards and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
Use gardening tools and equipment safely.
Complete basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Check equipment and report faults or damage.
Identify and report workplace hazards.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow supervisor instructions and workplace health and safety procedures.
