Welder

We are looking for an experienced MIG and TIG welder to work for one of our clients in Melbournes South East. Key Responsibilities

Fabricating Pantographs (delicate, high-spec rail components).

Working with various grades and thicknesses of steel, specifically Stainless Steel.

Must be proficient in TIG (Stainless) and MIG welding.

All work is subject to external certification. The candidate must be able to weld to AS/NZS 1554.6 (Stainless Steel) standards.

What you need

Must be able to follow Weld Maps strictly. This means understanding codes for weld size, length, material types, and specific wire requirements.

We need someone who takes genuine pride in their work. The work is delicate - no "heavy girders" or rough fabrication here.

Must hold current welding certifications.

The Role

Monday - Thursday 06.00am - 2:30pm

Friday 06:00am - 12:00pm (Early finish)

Overtime available regularly

Temp to perm opportunity for the right person
