Bar/Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Bar/Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful applicant must have previous experience and be confident in all aspects of service, including preparing and serving beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organised bar and restaurant area.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar/Restaurant Manager

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to

obtain)

Duties will include:

• Serving drinks and taking food orders

• Providing attentive table service and direct staff

• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and dining areas

• Ensuring customers have a positive and enjoyable experience
