Welder (First Class)

We are now looking for a Welder (First Class) who can work in a team environment, has a relevant qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. We are offering $79K - $80K

Job responsibilities but no limited too:

• Reading blueprints and drawings

• Taking measurements to plan layout and procedures

• Determining the appropriate welding equipment

• Fabricating and welding carbon steel skid plate parts of the truck chassis

• Fabricating aluminium truck chassis and truck body according to technical drawings

• Welding plate stainless using GTAW process

• Repair some welding defects from body to chassis

• Cutting some aluminium plate by using plasma cutting machine, circular saw and angle grinder

• Work within WH&S requirements
