Across our locations, All Saints Estate, St Leonard Vineyard, Thousand Pound Wine Bar and Mount Ophir Estate, we deliver premium food, wine and hospitality moments in some of regional Victoria’s most beautiful settings.

We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at All Saints Estate.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with quality produce, takes pride in what they put on the plate, and wants to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team across our venues.

About the role

You’ll be working alongside our Executive Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes across service. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in prep, service, maintaining standards and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Owning your section during service - bringing calm, focus and consistency when it counts

- Cooking dishes you’re proud to send out, with attention to detail and presentation

- Getting stuck into prep and keeping your station organised and ready to go

- Keeping the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes - clean, efficient and safe

- Backing your team and working together to deliver a great service, every time

What we’re looking for

-Trade qualified Chef or at least 3 years’ experience

- Someone reliable, positive and easy to work with

- Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic

- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Flexible with hours (weekends and busy periods are part of the role)
