Job Objective:
The Surveyor is responsible for planning, directing and conducting construction surveying work to determine conformance and set out construction projects;
Job Tasks and Duties:
Preparing site plans and survey reports;
Supervising the preparation of plans, maps, charts and drawings to give image representations;
Conducting all activities in accordance with the integrated management system;
Keeping adequate quality assurance records for each individual task undertaken;
Checking all instruction for relevant quality requirements prior to completion of task;
To operate unsupervised on whatever precision surveys directed or required to do by the Project Surveyor/Management;
High precision conformance surveys as directed or required by the Project Surveyor;
High precision construction set out surveys as direct or required by the Project Surveyor;
Direct/supervise L&L assistant surveyors as required;
Experience required: Bachelor’s Degree in surveying
Full-Time minimum 38 hours per week
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000.00 /year
