Marketing Specialist

Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and training Staff discounts on company products On-site parking Task & responsibilities Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels Creating and coordinating promotional content, including copy, images, and campaign materials Managing and growing the company's social media presence and online engagement Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity Assisting with the planning and execution of product launches and promotions Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly Coordinating with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as required Supporting the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, email campaigns, and website content Assisting with events, trade shows, and educational or training initiatives Qualification & experience Minimum of 12 months' relevant experience in a marketing role is required.

A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor Degree or higher.
