Floor Finisher

GRAINPRO PTY LTD We are seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Finisher to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This full-time position involves preparing, sanding, polishing and finishing timber flooring to a high standard across a range of residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver quality workmanship, maintain safety standards and ensure excellent outcomes for our clients.

Benefits This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of $82,000 plus superannuation . Task & responsibilities Key duties include: Preparing surfaces for floor finishing works. Sanding, polishing and finishing timber floors.

Applying stains, sealers and protective coatings. Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Measuring and cutting flooring materials.

Operating and maintaining sanding and finishing equipment. Following workplace health and safety requirements. Working effectively as part of a team on residential and commercial projects.

Qualification & experience · Relevant qualification, and/or a minimum of one year of relevant industry experience . · Demonstrated experience in timber floor sanding and finishing. · Ability to use floor sanding and polishing equipment safely and effectively. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
