Coordinate and manage staff, workspace, and equipment to maintain efficient daily operations. Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance to meet organisational objectives. Maintain accurate records, documentation, files, and financial information.
Liaise with professionals and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of office activities and resolve operational issues. Ensure office equipment, systems, and supplies are properly maintained and readily available. Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
Ensure all office operations adhere to relevant laws, policies, and procedures. Oversee HR-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, performance management, payroll, staff training, and supervision. Qualification & experience A relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role. Demonstrated ability to plan, assess, and improve office operations and procedures. Strong people management skills, including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and training.
Practical experience in HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee administration. Good knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. Understanding of government laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
