About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide community-based support to clients with a range of clinical presentations across metropolitan Melbourne. You will work with participants funded through:
NDIS
TAC
Medicare
WorkSafe
Private clients
Referrals are allocated within a realistic and manageable catchment area to help minimise travel time and support clinician wellbeing. This role offers excellent flexibility, allowing you to tailor your workload and working hours to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology
Current SPA membership
A passion for delivering individualised supports and achieving meaningful outcomes for participants
A commitment to ongoing professional development
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently
