Support Worker

currently on the hunt for support workers with appropriate qualifications and driver's license. Clients are based all across South Australia. Hours flexible.

Requirements Responsibilities: Social Support Domestic Assistance General hygienic clean Personal Care Showering, Dressing, Hygiene etc. Meal planning and preparation Medication prompting / or administration Respite assistance Transportation Appointments, Shopping, Social Overnight Care Active or Passive Requirements & Attributes: Medication Charts (if available) are correctly documented. All required documentation is recorded in on Visual Care system All Policies and Procedures as per KC standards Own or have access to a registered vehicle, must be roadworthy and hold a valid drivers licence Ability to read and write and speak unbroken English at an adult level Ability to treat all clients with respect, dignity, compassion under any/all circumstances Ability to do Personal Care and Domestic Care Previous Experience in Disability or Aged Care Ability to follow and adhere to the employers Core Values Qualifications: Minimum Cert 3 Individual Support / Aged Disability
