About the role:

Are you a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential? As a paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping children overcome a wide range of communication and feeding challenges. You will work closely with children and their families to develop individualized treatment plans and implement effective therapy techniques.

Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and feeding difficulties.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and goals.

Therapy Delivery: Implement a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques, including oral motor exercises, articulation therapy, language therapy, social skills training, and feeding therapy.

Family Education and Counseling: Provide guidance and support to families regarding communication strategies, home practice activities, and adaptive equipment.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, and special education teachers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to child development.

AAC Implementation: Provide expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and strategies, considering each child's unique needs and abilities.
